Shipping and Processing

Shipping: Items are shipped through USPS, either priority or first class, and will include a tracking number. 

In Stock Items: Orders placed for pre-made items will be processed within 2-4 days. During times of high order volume please allow a few extra days for processing.

Custom Orders: 

Please allow 4-6 weeks build time on custom orders. During certain times of year this may vary depending on order volume. Should our processing time be different, an announcement can be found on our home page. 

Orders canceled prior to project start will receive full refund.

Orders canceled after project start:

• without personalization may receive deposit refund.
• with personalization (initials/brands/etc.) will not receive deposit refund.

Personalized orders (initials/brands/etc.) are non-returnable. Non-personalized items may be returned unused and unaltered within 14 days for store credit.
